Three websites, one company. Google saw three different ones.

Pulzweb checks every site, shop and location you run, against each other and against the competitors AI assistants recommend instead, then turns each finding into a fixed-price fix your team approves.

Case file 001: one company, three sites, as Google and Copilot read them in October 2026. Tax IDs masked.

Case file 001

The first audit we ran, with the numbers as we found them. The client agreed to the audit, not to being named, so we don't name them.

Client
Precious-metals dealer, Croatia
Scope
3 websites of one company: brand site, shop, company site
Date
15 October 2026
Method
Read-only crawl, three buyer questions asked in Copilot by hand
  • 383 / 383 pages read

Phone number linked as a web address

Tap the number on a phone and you get an error page instead of a call.

  • 400 / 400 shop pages read

Shop pages with no description for Google

Google writes the snippet itself, from whatever is on the page.

  • 3 tax IDs

Different company tax IDs across the three sites

Google and AI assistants get mixed signals about which company runs the sites.

  • 3 / 3 sites

Sites tracking visitors before cookie consent

Analytics and ad pixels ran before anyone agreed. A compliance risk on every visit.

  • 2 / 3 questions

Buyer questions where Copilot left them out

In two of three buyer questions, Copilot named only competitors.

  • 5,196 : 103 reviews

Google reviews: the competitor named first, and the client

Assistants lean on reviews. The gap is one reason they name the competitor.

Every finding got a fix with a fixed price and a deadline. The client chose what to order, and the next crawl checks each one.

Whom the assistants name, by engine

The same buyer questions go to ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Claude every month, with live web search. You see who is named, how often and in which place: your brand and each competitor.

Built for a team that answers to someone

Several people, several sites, one decision trail.

Every site in one report.
Findings per site, and the ones between sites called out on their own: two tax IDs, links from one of your sites to a dead page on another.
A trail of decisions.
Each fix shows who approved it, when, at what price, and what the next check found.
A PDF for the board.
The monthly report prints to A4 or goes out as a share link.
Your team inside.
Invite colleagues; everyone sees the same findings, prices and approvals.

Numbers you can defend in a meeting

Read how we measure
The same questions every month,
so a change in the table is a change in the answers, not a different question.
Each question asked twice
on every assistant in each run; the score carries a range, not false precision.
Live search, your market,
in the buyers' language and country, with the sources each assistant cites.
Limits written down:
answers vary, and visits per fix need your Search Console.

What teams ask us

We already work with an agency.

Then Pulzweb measures and prices, and your agency can do the work. Decline our fix, hand them the finding, and the next check confirms theirs.

How reliable are AI numbers?

Answers vary from one ask to the next. That's why we ask the same questions every month, twice on each assistant, and show a range. The method and its limits are public.

Can we pay by invoice?

Business can pay by bank transfer against our invoice, as well as by card or PayPal. Enterprise is invoiced.

We have more sites than the plan covers.

Add sites to a paid plan one by one, or talk to us about Enterprise.
