Who we are
Pulzweb is made by Numen d.o.o., Blejska Dobrava, Slovenia (registration no. 6405380000, tax no. 82426627). Numen is the controller of the personal data collected through Pulzweb.
What we collect
Contact form: name, email, website and message, so we can reply.
Free check: the site address you enter, and your email if you ask for the full report.
Account: your email and password, stored as a hash (argon2id), never in readable form.
For clients: public data from the sites we check, measurement results and billing details.
Where it is
The app and its database run on our own server at Hetzner in Germany (EU). Email is sent from our own mail server.
When we measure AI assistants we send their providers (OpenAI, Google, Perplexity, Anthropic) the kind of question a buyer would type, for example “Where in Gorenjska can I order a fitted wardrobe?”. We send them no personal data.
Cookies
Pulzweb's public pages use no analytics or advertising cookies. We use only the necessary ones: your language (pzw_locale, one year) and, once you sign in, your session (pzw_session, 30 days). Your light or dark choice stays in your browser.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to see, correct or delete your data. Write to davor.majc@numen.si. You can also complain to the supervisory authority (in Slovenia, the Information Commissioner, ip-rs.si).
