What's covered.
Managed hosting
Hosting is part of the service: we run it, monitor it, and fix it. You never open a hosting control panel, and there's no third party to chase when something needs attention. One responsibility — ours.
TLS and security basics
HTTPS certificates issued and renewed for you, plus sensible security headers. For WordPress sites, core and plugin updates are applied and checked.
Monitoring
We watch the site so you don't have to. If something breaks or a certificate is about to lapse, it's our job to notice and fix it.
Small content changes, approve-first
New opening hours, a price change, a new team member — request it, see the exact change drafted, approve it, and it goes live. Same flow as everything else we do.
We won't quote you an uptime percentage — small print like that rarely means much. What we promise instead: we monitor the site, and when something is wrong, fixing it is our problem, not yours.
